-Read, analyze, and annotate "The Cyclops" with a focus on the characteristics of a hero.

  • Read, analyze, and annotate “The Cyclops” with a focus on the characteristics of a hero
    Examine multiple representations of a cyclops, write observations, and make predictions about Odysseus’ encounter with the cyclops 
  • Describe a childhood memory using show-not-tell writing and sensory imagery by writing a paragraph
  • Define a new vocabulary word, and develop an example, non-example, draw a picture and develop a showing sentence using the vocabulary word.

You may either:
    -insert a video into your post from youtube by clicking the black movie icon in the post
    - or insert the link to your prezi, powtoon, etc. by clicking on the "Link" icon in the blog post formatting
2. Post your Vlog on your blog and write a short snippet of what your viewers can expect to see in the video. Here's an example 
3. Visit a blog for each book group. Watch the video and leave a comment on their video (one member per group) Please use headphones if you have them.
4. Read your Lit Circle novel for the remainder of the block when finished

Homework:
Finish your Lit Circle Book. Entire novel due tomorrow. No written Lit Circle HW assignment

Make sure one half of your Evidence Collector is finished by tomorrow to be checked at the start of class
